Returns & Refund Policy
Items from the Dress agency collection are non refundable.
We only offer refunds for faulty items.
You must return your faulty item within 14 days of receiving your order. Your item must be unused and returned to us within 14 days and must be in the same condition that you received it. Please enclose details of the fault and your contact details.
If you return an item because it's not suitable, we will offer you a credit note.
If you want to exchange an item, you will be responsible for the postage.
Return Faulty Item
Once we have received your returned item, we will contact you to let you know we've received it and will notify you of our decision if a refund is accepted.
Only full priced items can be returned.
Please note we are a small shop and have a fast turn over of stock, so quite often won't have the same item to exchange. We will do our very best to help you find something else that you love or we will offer you a credit note.

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. We are a small independent business, so delivery costs are not refunded. If you receive a refund or credit, it will be purely for the goods.
If you are sending us an item over £40, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase delivery insurance.
